Today in class we are learning about searches using keywords and copying down all stop words so that we can memorize them and recognize them easier. I feel that stop words are used in our daily vocabulary so writing them down and trying to find them in a paragraph can be productive to young children. Searching the correct keywords is primitive in finding reliable sources. Depending on which words that you chose to typing into Google, you might get a site that reads untrue information.

Today I read Kris's blog responding to question #9. His need for information was based off of a desire to learn about the Lamborghini's new prototype called a Jota. In his blog he mentioned that the new model will feature an extensive use of carbon fiber and light weight alloys. Thus, making the car lighter. It will be more nimble around the corners. This blog was interesting because I did not realize how much work they put into making new versions of cars.

The information that we have learned today can be applicable to us for our future writing experiences in college. We will be writing many papers and researching topics for projects. The knowlege that we are recieving in this class can help us to find and use variouis credible sites that do not contain plagiarism or false facts. Google can often lead a search to sites that are either not working, old, plaigaized, or use pieces of writing that are not true.
Today we compared Google to the New York City's online library. It is easier to access less websites on NYC's online database as opposed to a Google or Bing search engine. The database provides different kinds of information and resources. Such as magazines, books, encyclopedias, webpages, blogs and news papers. An advantage to using this site is that it contains many ssubdivisions when you search a key word and click on the + sign.
